2. Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect the data you provide (name, company, email, reason and message) solely to handle your request. Submission is encrypted (HTTPS) to our infrastructure, where the request is recorded and routed to our firm.

We also technically log the origin IP of each submission, solely to prevent abuse and automated spam.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on the legitimate interest in handling received communications (art. 6.1.f GDPR) or, where applicable, on pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

4. Recipients

We do not transfer your data to third parties except by legal obligation. Corporate email is hosted with third-party providers subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Retention

Data is kept for the time needed to manage your request and, in case of a contractual relationship, for the legally required periods.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@hergertsynthora.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
